Mobile Deposit

 

 

 

When you pull up your Credit Union of Denver app on your smartphone (iPhone or Android device), you will see a new icon option for "Deposit a Check." 

The first time you click on this icon, you will be presented with the Mobile Deposit Capture Agreement.  You must click on the "accept" button at the bottom of this agreement before you can continue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

From there it is as easy as 1-2-3-4-5! 

 

  1- Select the account in which you want to deposit the check to

  2- Add the amount of the check (maximum amount is $1,500.00)


  3-
Hit the "Take Front Picture" to take a picture of the front of the check. (We must be able to see the entire check and all  information)

  4- Hit the "Take Back Picture" to take a picture of the back of the check. (Please make sure all four corners of the check is in the picture and the endorsement is clear)

  5- Hit the "Submit" button

 

 

 

 


 

 

This next screen shows you the details of your
deposit and pictures to review. If all information is correct and the images of the front and back
of the check are clear and readable, then hit the "Submit" button.

 

 

A confirmation screen will appear requesting you to confirm your deposit amount.  If it is correct, hit the "Yes" button.

Your deposit will then be processed at 9:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. of the next business day (depending upon the time you made the deposit).

 
 

 

   

 Please Note: Your pending deposit will not show up in online banking.  The only place you will be able to view the pending transaction is on your smartphone under the Mobile Deposit icon, deposit history.  Once posted, the deposit will show in online banking like all your other deposits.  All deposits are subject to C.U.D and Reg CC check holds and may not be available on day of posting. And since mobile deposits are only reviewed twice daily, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, you may experience a slight delay in seeing your mobile deposit posted.  i.e.- if you make a mobile deposit at 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, your deposit will not be reviewed or posted until approximately 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning.
