Membership/New Account Application

Thank you for your interest in joining Credit Union of Denver. To use this online membership enrollment agreement, you must be:

• 18 years of age or older (younger than 18 must have an adult as joint ownership on account)
• A U.S. citizen or a U.S. Resident Alien
• Eligibility:  Everyone can join Credit Union of Denver through our list of "Select Employee Groups," by living or working in Jefferson or Denver Counties, or simply by making a $5 donation to the John Lynch Foundation to help support Metro Denver youth

What you need to complete this application:

This online membership enrollment process takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. A savings account with a minimum balance of $5 is a requirement for membership and to open any other kind or type of account at Credit Union of Denver.

As you fill out this application for Credit Union of Denver membership, you will need to refer to the following documents:

• Valid government issued ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, State or Military ID)
• Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification (ITIN)

After you completely fill out the form, print it out, make a copy of your Driver’s License, and mail both to:

Please note:  If you are opening a checking account and ordering checks, please include an opening deposit to cover the cost of the checks.

As soon as we receive your application, we will process your information, and we will also make the first deposit of $5.00 into your savings account.
