Crooks are spoofing our 303.234.1700 telephone number and may be calling you about transactions on your debit card. Please do not give out any information on your card or account. They may ask for your 3 digit code (CVV) on the back of your card. Do not give them your CVV code number!
Our fraud detection company, who may call to verify specific transactions for fraud, will not be asking for your PIN or CVV code on the back of the card.
If the crooks get a hold of your personal information (PIN or CVV code), they may immediately start using your account for purchases that you haven’t authorized.
Please contact the Card Department direct at 303.963.1340 or call MasterCard at 888.918.7746 if you receive a suspicious call about your account.
As a good way to monitor your account transactions, it’s always a good time to set up your card on Card Alerts! This allows you to verify your own card activity and be notified of anything suspicious.
