COVID-19 Update from CEO Keith Cowling
The health, safety and well-being of our members and employees remain our top concern. Effective today, Jefferson County, along with several other Colorado counties, has moved to Level Red COVID-19 status. As a critical business, our lobby will remain open during this time. We have implemented many protocols throughout the year and believe we are providing a safe environment for you to conduct your financial transactions. We installed plexiglass shields throughout the building, conduct regular cleaning of high touch-point areas and all employees complete a health screening prior to reporting for work. Additionally, all employees wear face coverings for your protection.
We have further limited our in-person capacity in order to maximize social distancing for members who visit. Please be aware that there may be an increased need to wait outside or in your car, as we limit the number of persons in the lobby.
In compliance with state mandated health order, we ask that you wear a face covering. However, we are a financial institution, and as an extra security measure, when entering the south door of our Lakewood Branch you will be greeted by an employee. You will be asked to show your valid government issued photo ID and to lower your mask temporarily for our security cameras. If you feel you cannot remove your mask temporarily, you may use the drive-up as an alternative to conduct your business.
When you visit, enter through the south doors and exit the same way. This allows us to keep track of the number of persons in the lobby. As we are entering a time of increased vigilance and transmission, we want to encourage you to utilize our services through our alternatives to in-person banking.
Online/Mobile Banking: If you haven’t signed up for online/mobile access to your account yet, we are here to help! Call 303-239-1150 and a representative will assist you. Whether it’s your first time or it has been a while, give us a call and we will walk you through it.

Drive Up access (Lakewood Branch):
Hours of operation: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm
Transactions available through the drive up include:
- Cash withdrawals up to $1500
- Loan payments
- Official Checks
- Shared Branching Transactions
Transactions NOT available in the drive up include:
- Money Orders
- Cash advance via Credit Card
- Bond Redemption
- Cash withdrawals exceeding $1500
- Coin Counting
The night drop service on the west side of the building is also available and checked daily. The night drop can be used for deposits, loan payments or to drop off paperwork.
The Lakewood Branch is open Mon – Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 12:30pm
The Tivoli Branch is open Mon – Thurs 9:30am – 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 4:30. The Tivoli branch is closed on Saturdays. Please check our website for the most up-to-date hours of operation, as we sometimes have to alternate hours due to the schedule of the Student Union Tivoli Building. Building 67 remains temporarily closed.
