How to Access Mobile Banking

  • The free Credit Union of Denver Mobile App combines the benefits of cudonline with the power of your iPad®, iPhone®, AndroidTM, or Kindle Fire. Visit the App Store or Android Market.
To avoid errors for new users, or if you are having issues using the mobile app, make sure you are using the most updated version of the application.

Mobile Deposit

Our Mobile Deposit lets you deposit checks up to $1,500 from your smartphone anywhere! Whether it’s 2 AM, or you’re stuck at home in a snow storm, or away on a business trip, you don’t need to waste time or gas driving to a branch or looking for the nearest deposit-taking ATM. Simply enroll in Mobile Deposit through your Credit Union of Denver Mobile App and turn your home, office or pretty much anywhere, into a virtual C.U.D branch! It’s that easy!

Log Into your account.
Enter Your Username or Account Number

When you pull up your Credit Union of Denver app on your smartphone you will see an icon for Deposit a Check. Select this icon.

Please note: The first time you click on this icon, you will be presented with the Mobile Deposit Capture Agreement.  You must click on the accept button at the bottom of this agreement before you can continue.

2. Add the amount of the check (maximum amount is $1,500.00)
3. Select
the Front Picture to take a picture of the front of the check (We must be able to see the entire check and all  information).

Select the Take Back Picture to take a picture of the back of the check (Please make sure all four corners of the check is in the picture and the endorsement is clear).
5.

To be eligible for mobile deposit the members must meet these requirements:

  • Account must be open for at least 30 days
  • All account owners must be in good standing
  • All account owners must not have caused a loss to C·U·D

There are accounts restricted from mobile deposit. These accounts include:

  • Business Accounts, Trust Accounts, Estate Accounts, REP Payee and TTM Accounts
  • Members who have caused C·U·D a loss
  • Members who abuse mobile deposit service
  • Members that are determined ineligible by C·U·D

Mobile Banking Safe Practices Your phone is a computer that allows access to many different touch points in your life. Please read the following suggestions to help keep your business yours.

  • For mobile devices using the Android operating system, do not enable Android’s “install from unknown sources” feature.
  • Notify the credit union and carrier immediately if the mobile device is lost or stolen so that it can be deactivated.
  • Do not modify the mobile device as it may disable important security features.
  • Check your credit union account frequently and notify the credit union of any unauthorized transactions.
  • Adopt safe practices as you would using your personal computer, including not opening attachments or clicking on links contained in email received from unfamiliar sources.
