Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

HOW TO ENTER TO BE A FINALIST:

• The sweepstakes begins 02/01/2026 at 8:00 am Mountain Time ("MT") and ends 11/30/2026 at 11:59pm MT ("Sweepstakes Period").
• There are four (4) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:
  1. Entries via a Newly Funded Loan are automatically entered for a chance to win if loan is opened during Sweepstakes Period and is current with all payments.
  2. Entries via Account Opening: Members who open a Credit Union of Denver Rewards Checking account are automatically entered for a chance to win if account is opened during Sweepstakes Period and is current at final drawing.
  3. Submit a form through Digital Banking on the Contact Us/Message Center.
  4. Mail-in Entry: members may enter this sweepstakes by printing their name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and the words “95^th Anniversary Sweepstakes” on a 3x5 card, mailed in a stamped envelope to: Sweepstakes Entry C/O Marketing, Credit Union of Denver, PO Box 261420, Lakewood, Colorado 80226-9420.  Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period as detailed above. In lieu of mailing this entry, it may be personally delivered to a staff member at any local Credit Union of Denver branch location prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
     Limit one (1) entry per type of entry per member.

Entry Multipliers Based on Number of Entry Methods Completed

ENTRY MULTIPLIER STRUCTURE:
In addition to the standard one (1) entry earned per eligible entry method listed in the “How to Enter” section, entrants may receive additional “bonus entries” based on the total number of different entry methods they complete during the Sweepstakes Period. Bonus entries are awarded as follows:

• Completion of one (1) entry method: Entrant receives one (1) entry total.
• Completion of two (2) different entry methods: Entrant receives five (5) total entries.
• Completion of three (3) different entry methods: Entrant receives fifteen (15) total entries.
• Completion of all four (4) entry methods: Entrant receives twenty (20) total entries.

Multiple entries via the same method do not result in additional entries. Bonus entry tiers are determined solely by the number of distinct entry methods completed, not the quantity of actions taken within a single method. All entries and bonus entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Credit Union of Denver Members: Sweepstakes is open to all current members who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and are age 18 or older at the time of sweepstakes entry. Employees, volunteers, officials or other agents of Credit Union of Denver, immediate families (spouse and parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and persons living in the household of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are ineligible to win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Important notice to certain state or local government employees: Your eligibility to participate in this promotional drawing may be affected by Amendment 41 to the Colorado Constitution, which became effective on or about November 7, 2006. If you have questions regarding the impact of Amendment 41 on you or your eligibility to participate in this sweepstakes promotion, please contact your employer for further information.
• Fraud: The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from any part of the sweepstakes or to cancel, suspend, or reject an entry if it determines or suspects that the entrant has engaged in, or attempted to engage in, any of the following: violating these Official Rules; damaging, tampering with, or corrupting the sweepstakes operation; using automated bots, scripts, or other robotic, mechanical, programmed, or automated devices to submit entries or data; or participating in any unsportsmanlike, disruptive, fraudulent, or other activity that the Sponsor deems inconsistent with the intended operation of the sweepstakes. CAUTION: The Sponsor reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek damages against any individual who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING, PRIZES, AND ODDS OF WINNING:

• Prize Drawing Schedule: Four (4) prize winners will be selected every other month during the Sweepstakes Period, beginning March 2026. Drawings will occur at the end of the months March, May, July, September, and November 2026. A random drawing to select the possible twenty-one winner(s) from all eligible entries, will be conducted under the direction of Credit Union of Denver's Marketing Department whose decision is final in all matters related to the drawing. The finalist(s) will be notified within one week of the drawing by email connected to their Credit Union of Denver account or by phone for a mail-in entry. If potential finalist cannot be contacted for any reason (as determined solely by Sponsor) within one week of the drawing, or if a potential finalist is deemed ineligible or otherwise non-compliant with any aspect of these Official Rules, the finalist designation will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Each Finalist will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and all other documents required by Sponsor by the due date specified.
• All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period up to each drawing date will be included in that drawing. Non‑winning entries will carry over to subsequent drawings. Winners of monthly prizes are still eligible for Grand Prize drawing in December 2026.
• Prize Winners: The winner(s) will each receive one of twenty-one prizes consisting of:
  One Grand Prize Winner for a Cash Prize of $9,500.
  One of four (4) every other month Prizes with a Cash Value of $950 each.
• Winners’ Names: For the name(s) of the Prize Winner(s), available thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Credit Union of Denver C/O Marketing, PO Box 261420, Lakewood, Colorado 80226-9420. Total Prize Pool Valued with a Cash Value of $28,500.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Releasees (as defined below) are not responsible for printing, typographical, computer, telephonic, human, or other errors relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, the processing of entries, or in any sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, entries, or transactions; or for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes, or downloading materials from or use of the participating web sites for the sweepstakes. If, for any reason, this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, legality, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes and, at its sole discretion, award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such action. By participating, entrants agree that this sweepstake is governed by laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, with venue for resolution of any dispute exclusively in Lakewood, Colorado.
• By participating, entrants agree to: a.) the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and b.) release, discharge, and hold harmless Credit Union of Denver, their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and employees of the aforementioned entities (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, including, without limitation, any travel related thereto. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, Sponsor's and its designee's use of his/her name, city and state of residence, and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation, permission, or notification and upon request will provide consent to such use in writing. As a condition of entering the sweepstakes, participant agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out of pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney's fees.
