What initially attracted me to CUD was the active focus on trying to support and improve the community, which resonates with me personally. After seeing the team execute on this first-hand however, I realized what a unique and special place CUD is. Not only is everyone I interact with welcoming and friendly, but I have never seen a team, regardless of department, all so laser focused on a goal. Seeing us plan and achieve on our desire to create a better experience for the members, both at the credit union and in their daily lives, creates a professional environment that I am proud, happy and truly lucky to be a part of.
