2026 is a big year around here—in the best way. We get to celebrate some major milestones at the national, state, and local level all at once.
First up, the United States celebrates 250 years of independence on July 4th marking the historic semi-quincentennial anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Not long after, Colorado celebrates 150 years of statehood on August 1, commemorating its admission to the Union in 1876 as the “Centennial State.”
Milestones like these make us pause for a minute and think about where we’ve been and what we want the next chapter to look like. And here at Credit Union of Denver, we’ve got a milestone of our own to celebrate: 95 years of serving our members and our community!
