Government Shutdown Assistance Options
At Credit Union of Denver, we stand by our commitment to people helping people. If you’re a C·U·D member and a government employee impacted by the recent shutdown, we’ve put together several support options to help you navigate this challenging time.
 
Get Help with a No-Interest Loan
We are offering a 0% APR2 Signature Loan (no interest) equal to the amount of your monthly net pay, up to $10,000. It's designed to help if your pay has been disrupted due to the government shutdown. Review the details below:
Requirements
	- Be a current C·U·D member as of 09-30-2025 in good standing
- Have a copy of your most recent pay stub or direct deposit with us1
- Be a C·U·D member employed by an impacted federal agency
- With approved credit
 
Repayment
	- You'll need to repay the loan within 6 months of funding
- The first payment is due 60 days from the date of closing, then due in monthly installments thereafter (Payments will be split into 4 equal installments)
- No pre-payment penalty
 
 
 
 
Additional Support Options
Existing C·U·D members who are impacted may be eligible for:
	- Deferred payment options on select consumer loans
- No early withdrawal penalties to access Certificate of Deposit funds
