This year we will hold our Annual Meeting as a hybrid option on Thursday May 9th at 4:30pm MST.

You may choose to attend virtually through Zoom or stop by in person at our Lakewood Administration building.  

For your convenience, we are providing the documents for review prior to the meeting. Here are links to the Annual Report, the Agenda and the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes for your review. We will also have hard copies of these documents available at the in-person meeting.

In Person Option:

Our in-person meeting will be held in our boardroom at 9277 West Alameda Avenue in Lakewood, CO. Please enter the building on the north side of the building and plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time of 4:30 pm. 

Zoom Option:

Join us at 4:30 pm on Thursday May 9, 2024 via Zoom.
Please plan to join the meeting at least 5 minutes prior to the start time.
